Companies subscribing to research coverage with Alpha Beta Investment Research have the choice of three Investment Research Report packages, One Time, Basic, and Comprehensive.
One Time Research Package
The One Time package consists of the following:

An Initiation Report which would be about 20-25 pages. The initiation report contains fundamental analysis of the company, financial statement analysis, description of the company's products and services, company’s competitive advantage in the industry, brief industry overview, stock price behavior, valuation analysis, and if appropriate price target.

A public press release upon enrollment in our paid-for research program.

A public press release with a public summary of the report and with hyperlink to the report and on Alpha Beta web site.

Publishing of the Investment Research Report on Alpha Beta web site, FREELY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

E-mail of the Investment Research Report in PDF format to the Company, which can freely post it on the Company’s web site.
Basic Research Package
The basic package consists of the following:

An Initiation Report which would be about 20-25 pages. The initiation report contains fundamental analysis of the company, financial statement analysis, description of the company's products and services, company’s competitive advantage in the industry, brief industry overview, stock price behavior, valuation analysis, and if appropriate price target.

Three Quarterly Update Reports of about 12-15 pages each of which will be written after the company releases its latest quarterly or annual financial statements.

As many Research Notes (analyst’s commentaries) as deemed appropriate according to the materiality of the corporate announcement or event.

A public press release upon enrollment in our paid-for research program.

A public press release with a public summary of the report and with hyperlink to the report and on Alpha Beta web site each time a research report or a research note is published.

Publishing of all the Investment Research Reports and Research Notes on Alpha Beta web site, FREELY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

E-mail of all Investment Research Reports and Research Notes in PDF format to the Company, which can freely post them on the Company’s web site.
Comprehensive Research Package
The Comprehensive package consists of the following:
- An Initiation Report which would be about 40-45 pages and will include all the items in the basic report plus pro forma financial forecasting, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis to estimate fair value of the Company’s stock and price target, and Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis for companies with positive earnings.
- Three Quarterly Update Reports of about 12-15 pages each of which will be written after the company releases its latest quarterly or annual financial statements.
- As many Research Notes (analyst’s commentaries) as deemed appropriate according to the materiality of the corporate announcement or event.

A public press release upon enrollment in our paid-for research program.

A public press release with a public summary of the report and with hyperlink to the report and on Alpha Beta web site each time a research report or a research note is published.

Possible ratings would be one of the following: Strong Buy, Buy, Speculative Buy, Hold, Sell, Avoid, or Suspend.
